do you remember when Bizzare released the original MSR. pgr3 and 4 were good but 2 sucks.
For me, MSR was actually more fun. I have spent about 40 hours playing PGR2 and I dont feel compelled to want to play it more. There are some serious problems with this title and ones that should have gotten more mention when reviewed by the major websites.
The most glaring problem with PGR2 and one that completely ruins the game for me is the horrid AI. Imagine approaching a corner and you see the rubber laid down in the racing groove. Next you see the computer opponent take that exact line. Thats expected, it is the preferred line. Unfortunately, the computer always takes that line, regardless of wether you or another opponent already has the established line. Not much of a racing title when the computer cant adjust to your line and either brake or try a different line.
I want to race, not participate in a crash up derby.
The visuals and sounds are top notch, but they cant save horrible AI.
pg3 and made the seris come back to greatness but this was worst in the seris.
