Great mix of realism and just plain fun.

PGR2 is probably the best pure car racing game I’ve ever played including GT3/GT4. This game is far more fun because it isn’t near as real so you don’t have to be on top of your driving skills all the time like in the GT series. This game isn’t quite as deep as far as sheer amount of game play as the GT series, but you can race against people so the game play is never the same as before. Don’t get me wrong this game is massive; in fact it’s one of the largest games on the XBOX as far as amount of space is concerned. There are a good amount of cars in the game so it’s cool in that respect also.
