I don't understand why achievements are such a big deal with the 360, sure they're fun and challenging to get but isn't the enjoyment and competition of the games a little more important?
To be honest driving the Mako is the worst part of the game for me but that's just personal preference. Start making your choices randomly and see where it takes you and just have fun and don't take it too seriously.
I have this problem every now and then as well and it is always during World at War games. Just sit tight for a bit and it should blow over real quickly.
