The Order has been called an adventure game by the developers so no real horror there.

Dying Light looked Ok but just too similar to Dead Island. the night scenes looked good though.

I went for The Evil Within. If Shinji Mikami can pull off a good old school horror title again it'll be fantastic.

Looks very good and a great leap from the first two instalments. Never really got into the infamous series and the second is still sitting in plastic at home. New lead character seems a little annoying also. Sure it'll be a great game just not really a system seller for me.

It's about time people realised that true gamers don't give a shit what console they play their games on. Once you start playing you're looking at a game on your TV not staring at your console under it, drooling. I play on PS3 and 360 and to be honest couldn't give a shit which I play on. I've recently completed The Witcher 2 on 360 and it was superb. I'm now playing TLOU again on PS3 and that is fantastic. The consoles I pop my disks into are just lumps of plastic. I don't give a shit what logo/brand is printed on them.

To limit yourself to one brand out of some stupid loyalty to a multi-billion dollar company is pure idiocy. You're missing out on some fantastic games because of it.

Fanboys are generally just insecure kids. It will dawn on them when they mature that no-one really gives a shit. Although it is fun to read them squabble. It's the reason I go onto system wars in the first place.

@XBOunity: Dude read my post. I'm not a fanboy. Own both consoles so I'm not blinkered/biased. Just seems most MS fans cannot admit it's failings. I have in the past admitted when Sony are at fault and if you check my posts, just the other day, I praised the Xbox One UI and also stated that anyone who believes the One is spying on the should be wearing a foil hat.

What I'd like is a thread where Cows can list the PS4s faults and Lems Can do the same for Xbox One without bias and fanboyism. Guess it's my own fault for being in a forum called System Wars; unbiased it is not.

I am getting a PS4 first but that in no way means I'll not invest in an Xbox One somewhere down the line.

@XxR3m1xInHDn3D: I'm getting a PS4 next year (when some decent games eventually come out for it) and I can admit that for next gen Knack looks like trash but maybe fun to play.

For once I'd like an Xbox fan to admit that it has failings instead of giving everything 10/10. If a MS employee rang their doorbell and when they answered, farted in their face they'd give it 10/10.

I own both a PS3 and 360 and I'm open to criticism of both Sony and Microsoft and I'm be more likely to believe a cow that criticises PS4 or a Lem that criticises Xbox One than vice versa.

But I guess this is System Wars so not gonna happen.

Thanks OP for that completely unbiased review. So to summarise: Xbox fan who has already pre-ordered an Xbox One goes into an Xbox official store and plays Xbox. Gives controller 10/10, Killer Instinct 10/10 and Forza 10/10.

Best thing about ND is the fact that they are split into two teams so we don't have to choose. Eventually Uncharted 4 and TLOU 2 will come out for PS4 it's a 100% certainty given the popularity and critical acclaim of both IPs. I would like to see a new IP instead but either one of the aforementioned would be day one for me.

So looking forward to The Order. The first PS4 exclusive I've actually stopped and thought "I'm buying the system to play that game". Hope it lives up to the hype. So far I'm loving the setting, visuals and take on the Arthurian legend.

I generally don't watch much game play on YouTube and generally stick to things like zero punctuation reviews and WTF stuff. I have watched a fair bit of multi player stuff from Next Gen Tactics as I quite like multiple gamer commentary as the interactions are very funny.

As a primerally Sony user I'm actually quite impressed with the Xbox UI and speed at which it works. I have to say there's tons and tons of stuff on there I'd never ever use but for someone who wants an all in one entertainment package it's very impressive. Bit ad heavy for my liking and not sure how "Live" some of the clips were but never the less it's not a bad effort from MS. Great if you have a super fast broadband connection but would be a completely different story in any country that struggles to get US speed internet.
