As long as the Bethesda team who made Rogue Warrior doesn't TOUCH IT, I'll be happy.

... could let a game like Rogue Warrior slip out of it's label? I, personally, have not played the game, but I trust Kevin's review; he is usually very accurate. Are there any theories as to how a game not worth the plastic it's wrapped in could be released by Bethesda? The same Bethesda who brought us Elder's Scrolls and Fallout 3? Was this a division of Bethesda that has nothing to do with their RPG titles? I'm more curious than anything. Thanks.

I just never approved of the idea of giving a "distinction" to every participant. (The distinction being the "Editor's Choice" words and the participants being any game with 9.0 or higher) I like the idea that perhaps there is a game that received a 9.0 but didn't receive the editor's choice symbol or the possibility of a game getting less than a 9.0 and getting the distinction. If the pre-requisites of receiving the Editor's Choice award is a 9.0+, then the it really doesn't need a special title, just the score of 9.0. If the editor felt that the game was special in some way and superior to the other titles, then he should give it the Editor's Choice seal, otherwise, he/she shouldn't.

Of course, this is all my opinion and honestly, not important.

So the giant 9.0 doesn't deliver the distinction it deserves? It needs a small label saying Editor's Choice even though an editor didn't really choose anything and just awarded the game a good score? I guess it's the title itself that bothers me since every score, 7, 8, 9, etc. have titles that go with them like good, great, excellent, perfect, whatever. Honestly I don't care all that much, I just felt like making a fuss.

Are all games that receive a 9.0 or above an Editor's Choice? If so...seems like kind of a pointless label.

In my opinion, USA Network has become the best basic cable channel on television (in the US). Let's look at their show listing:

-Monk (USA Original)

-House (Acquired Program)

-Law and Order: SVU (Acquired Program)

-Law and Order: CI (USA Original)

-NCIS (Acquired Program)

-Burn Notice (USA Original)

-Psych (USA Original)

-Royal Pains (USA Original)

-White Collar (USA Original)

-Other Shows include In Plain Sight (USA Original) and WWE RAW.

Every one of those shows is simply excellent. (Though I'm not a huge fan of In Plain Sight, WWE, and to a lesser extent Royal Pains, yet. I may end up enjoying the show if I watch it more. Monk, House and L&O:SVU are all up for awards. The characters are memorable and easy to understand and most importantly, they are interesting. I am very excited that USA has not turned to "easy programming" like so many other channels. (Cartoon Network comes to mind quickly. Hell, CN has like 2 cartoons left, the rest are reality shows for teens.)

My favorite shows right now are Law and Order: CI and SVU, NCIS (I love how graphic they are with crime scenes), and Burn Notice. White Collar is premiering in October and looks to have the makings of another great show. (A con-artist is released from prison to help the authorities track down hard-core criminals using his con-artist knowledge.)

All-in-all, no matter when you turn on USA, they always have a good show playing. They don't do info-mercials during the night, they continue to play their shows.

Do you watch USA at all? Did you like it? Did you love it? What do you think?

@EMOEVOLUTION Market value is relative to the product it's describing. Pre-owned Blue Medicine has market value just as new Blue Medicine does. In this example, the market value of pre-owned and new Blue Medicine are the same. It helps a bit to know that The Witch has a monopoly on Blue Medicine production, so she really drives prices all over Hyrule. **Ever notice how on Amazon.com a New copy of FF7 is like $200 and a Like-New copy is around $90; that's because the market value for their respective conditions dictates their price. It's the same product, but that thin layer of plastic wrap gives the buyer an added bonus of having an item that is rarer and in better condition.**
