Just goes to show that our country is so obsessed with stopping crime and terrorism, that they'll ruin thousands of innocent people's lives just to have the slightest possibility of catching a true terrorist. We absolutely should work to stop crime and terrorism, but we should be running real investigations rather than collecting everyone's personal information and data and incarcerating teenagers. God bless the person who freed this poor child.

@19James89 @wes008 Just going on system power, yes, but I don't think the Wii U is so much more powerful so that they would make a specific build for it. But I hope so :D

So I'm guessing the Wii U build is the same as the PS3 and Xbox 360 build? Might have to buy a next-gen system... This and Destiny are the only next-gen games I'm really excited about (If you don't count Wii U as next-gen), and both of those will be one current-gen systems as well. Yet if it's dumbed down, even as little as they say, I might just suck it up and get a newer console.

Well, if being hard on yourself causes you to make games like the Prime Trilogy, keep it up mate!

If the Wii U sells well, I think we'll have another case of Pikmin: Nintendo taking a risk and it turning out commercially and critically well. Unfortunately, they don't have enough of an install base on the Wii U and 3DS (3DS is getting there though). So they've gotta stick with what they know ill sell machines. I think we'd have seen at least the beginnings of that new risk project by now if the Wii U had more technical chops. I'm hoping and praying Nintendo somehow makes a wrapper/port fot UE4. That would save the Wii U :P and some would argue it doesn't need it, as you buy a Nintendo console for Nintendo games, but it really does. Combine UE4's tech with the Wii U game pad, and THEN you have something next-gen.

9/10 (Wii U version)

Bottom line: While it's still a slog for newbies and touts the ever-polarizing JRPG grinding, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is one of the best online co-op experiences in gaming and a sound AJRPG in it's own right.

@JusXice It's 'cause she fails. Any time she writes about this stuff, the articles are poorly written, she is terribly unclear, weakly backs up her arguments, and doesn't educate us at all.

Caro, you realize this is Japan you're dealing with? :P I actually don't think they handled it poorly. It might have overridden the rest of the game if they had taken these themes to their fullest.

PLZ PEOPLE. Do not give your critical impressions of a game without playing it.

Dang, I hoped Cliffy B would be more intelligent than this... We are in a rough transitional period, but "turmoil?" Absolutely not. The business models of almost everyone are changing. Bad business practices are shinning though, games running off of smaller purchases are becoming extremely successful, and AA/"middle" games are all of nonexistent. Nintendo only selling 57k units in January? Maybe because there are no games? I could see Nintendo switching to software-only, but they've had (somewhat) newfound success with the 3DS, the Wii U eShop is doing well, they have a lot of games in the pipes, etc. The viewership of PS4 coverage has been E3 levels of massive, and that's for a single company. The PC renaissance is in full swing. More and more people are playing games; even if they're just mobile games, it can be a gateway drug. Bungie can bring a whole new playstyle in with Destiny (or it could be generic and flop). The industry is not in turmoil, it's just shaken up. Shaken up in a wonderful way, and I can't wait to see what comes out of it.
