I little FYI for everyone.
This will have NOTHING to do with the disk.

Every PC game you start on your computer, calculates the number of cycles your rig is capable of per second. This is so it can scale, and not run at different speeds on different PC's.

Consoles generally have no need for this, because every system should be mechanically identical. But if a console is modded, the extra cycles required to 'sidestep' the copy protection, would tip off this particular protection.

Great idea in theory, except that I have not even finished the first act and I've died half a dozen times. Not because i'm a noob, (well, not completely anyway) But because I get bad lag spikes, and by the time they pass, character has been pummeled. Imagine that with a high level hardcore character!!

Pre -Ordered this a year ago, just got my text from EB saying they're opening at 8am, selling D3 by 9am, but you can't install it until 11am, and can't play it until 3 pm! Torture!

Any true Diablo fan had already pre-ordered the game a year ago. I've pre-ordered Torchlight 2 as well.

All this whinging that the game will suck is just anti-corperationism. Yes, the Beta was disappointing, it was the BETA for christ sake!

I'm still warming up on Diablo 2, and still loving every minute. I loved torchlight, but there's only so many time you can re-play it. If D3 is as good as D2, perfect. If it's better, Fan-fucking-tastic! T2 had better be better than T1, but for what you pay, who can complain, seriously!

I have Skyrim for the PC and PS3, and I can tell you the PC versions looks and runs way better. Even on a big high-def plasma, the PS3 version looks more blocky and washed out than the PC version. Still, I like it 'cause I can sit back in my LaZboy and play for countless hours without hunching over a keyboard and mouse.

I don't think the games industry or it's consumers, have the maturity to accept an un-modified chistian based game.Hence Darksiders was fun, Left behind wasn't. It the moment I just stand in awe of Gods power. After all, it takes a team of dozens if not hundreds several years to create a world with a minute fraction of the detail God put into the real world in just 7 days!
