[QUOTE="Republican11"]Adding games to your GS account takes forever, but hopefully I will be done with it by next month's chart.duncanr2n

yeah, and then you have to double check, as some don't stick when you add them. :(

Maybe you should use the Backloggery stats. Seems like a lot of us are heading over there now. ;)

how on earth do you guys have time to enter your collections over there? The thought scares me.

I added mine a number of months ago over the course of a number of days, but I also have a fraction of the games you have. I would like to be on the leaderboard, but unless you'll accept my collection stats from my Google Docs list, then I can't be on it because there are some I cannot list on GS and with my addition of listing each individual game within a compilation on Backloggery, my total is not accurate there.

Oh yeah I forgot about the compilation feature.  Which, by the way, I suggested that they provide a way to run a 'report' of sorts or filter the view that would roll the compilations back into one game.  That's the only drawback to that site is that I can't get an acurate count of games I actually own (meaning physical media).  You should suggest it as well.  The more who ask, the higher priority it gets.

OK, sounds like a good idea. I'll be sure to shoot them a message about it soon.

I don't think any of those systems are hard to collect for, but if complete games are what you want the most, I'd say the Genesis would be the one where you'd find complete games easier to find since those games usually came in hard plastic cases.

Usagi, we'd love to put you on. You are so old-school around here we can make an exception :)

If you're willing, then I'll snap some pics and get them sent to you by the weekend.

[QUOTE="CodingGenius"]Is it a top-loading NES or a toaster?bamafan1359

 Its a top-loading.

Now that we know it is a top-loader that helps to determine what a reasonable price is. Of course, details on condition of the system and games would help a little more, but as it stands now, $50 is a reasonable price.

Interesting news: The Japanese PSN store has started offering PC Engine games for download for use on PS3/PSP just like the PS1 games that are available. I acquired the following one: http://twitpic.com/ahlrk Devil Crash, Japanese PSN store, 600 YEN Yes, that is what is also known as Devil's Crush. Looks like Sony is starting to expand out to other old systems and build their own VC-esque service. Wonder if it'll make it's way to other regions.

Unless you want to do it for that price just to be nice to your friend, I'd say it isn't worth that much. Of course, it also depends on the condition and completion of all of the items. If they are n. mint and in working order, yes, but not otherwise.
