I fully agree that a game will not make anyone switch, especially now that everything is digital. I have a library of hundreds of games, and no way I would switch and buy them all again. Even the last time I bought a PS4 in addition to my XBox one, the PS4 was collecting dust.

In my opinion, the biggest mistake XBox made is to focus on some very narrow selected markets. I live now in Malaysia, and XBox is not even available here. You have to import it from Singapore, even though Microsoft itself is here, but they do not support XBox. So obviously, people would switch because even if they wanted, it is a struggle. On the other hand, Sony just won it here because they were available. I guess the first thing you need to do to win is to show up. I just stayed with XBox when I moved, because I have used XBox since I switched from Gamecube, and all my friends are on XBox. I am still happy with Xbox and will stay with it, but I am scared that Starfield is a letdown like Redfall.

That makes me quite happy, i loved Command and Conquer 3 and surly will play it again. What a pity that EA bought this and killed it. It was another victim of the EA killing machine.

@RS13: Yes this would be fine. Invited people to a co-op experience would make sense. At least you could ensure these are like minded on the style you like to play. But for me as a casual player, I hope there will be games left that just allow to to explore the wasteland in my own pace and style, when ever I feel like it.

The worst on the online games of me, is that I actually have to work and do not have the time to level up to the stage where you bet the 10 year old that play 10 hours a day. I do not have fun to go to a fantasy world where I am cannon food because I do not have the time of money to level up as fast as the kids.

Everything that made the Fallout Series my favorite was killed. Some games are meant to be single player experiences. The fun exploring and finding interesting things and meet characters made this unique to me. Everyone is just lazy to get a good script together that is engaging, even Fallout 4 was not as good as the story in Fallout 3 or New Vegas. In any case, I skip this one, maybe when it is $5 in a year I check it out as I did with Star Wars Battlefront to play the tutorial for $5 and than uninstalled it, lol.

It just stinks that I have to wait for Fallout 5 and probably they find something else that to take away from the great atmosphere of Fallout 3. First they killed Skyrim and now Fallout, very sad.

wait and see, probably next is a Fallout Battle Royal, cheap to make and long lasting. Happened to the TV in the last years, with a mindless reality show for every crap.

I would love to see Universe at War: Earth Assault backwards compatibility. It did not have enough power on the XBox 360 which made it suffer from some frame rate issues. But I like this game a lot.

I wonder if they did update the faulty sensors in the controller that causes the controller to drift up.t here are over 250 discussions in the M$ forum discussion the issue but the only solution that Microsoft has to to buy a new one.

http://forums.xbox.com/search/default.aspx#q=controler%20drift

maybe this more importand to be fixed after selling many millions of Faulty controllers to unsuspecting consumers. They should recall these controllers and stand behind thisissue.

@TheWatcher000: I like this and I am actually happy I am not the only "survivor" that sees that the game industry lost its ways. Like any industry it is easier to grow by mergers and acquisitions, so these companies only goal is to maximize profits. Things where developers were going the extra mile to build something revolutionary and unique are all gone with these conglomerants. Now a game has to reach a state where it is playable and it is rushed out or delayed to fit into the financial year.
But what can I say, same happens with our food where now 80% of the food is chemical and people still eat it.
I personally will never forgive EA for buying franchises that in the end, they did not support and closed them down this destreyed some very good games.

This is a boring line-up to me. Mass Effect maybe but the rest is not my thing. I would like a Star wars game but I hate when I am forced to play with strangers. Seems all these games are becoming subscription games to rape the customers even more. Unfortunately, all these big companies sold their sole when the went public. Now the have to satisfy shareholders instead of gamers. Quite sad but since a new sucker is born every minute they will still be able to sell their mass produced and recycled games every year.

This is all good with me, these season passes are there to stay so nothing we can do. I normally do not get it because if you do not buy into the hype and wait a few months you get it with nice discounts.

However, what i thing is not smart to give Fallout 3 as prepay bonus. I do not think that many new users will prepay and fans of the series have probably played fallout 3 twice or more. So for me there is no preorder incentive at all. Rather give me some coin or a weapon or something useful.

Luckily I can announce to all posters that the preorder is not mandatory so nobody is forcing anyone so what is all the complaining about.
