Its all about nostalgia, a lot of the times we look back and remember how much fun we had playing games, the thing is that most of us had them as kids, that's why we now look back at them and remember them as the best.

I have to agree with the op cod4 is not competitive at all and I pretty much own in it it doesnt really require that much skill the greanades in halo you have to be good to combine them in cod4 it is completely random
I've yet to have lag prooblems with the game and have passed it twice already. To the poster who said he couldnt replay it because of lag that is a load of bull ur 360 might be breaking down dont blame the game.
Well both games definitely kick ass but I think Oblivion easily takes the cake in this competition. Mass Effect's storyline is better but it is kind of short for an RPG even when you complete most of the game.I put over 100 hours into Oblivion and still had a lot of quests undone with ME i did most of the quests in under 30 hrs.Both games have serious frame-rate issues both equally bad. I think Oblivion is better overall though.
