It might have been lacking in plot, but 9 had some of the greatest visuals I have ever seen.

Then explain why the Romans got their butts kicked by the Parthians every time they crossed the Euphrates River.

Poor leadership and the whole "moving an army through a whole river" thing were pretty big factors...

Earhtbound would be nice, but I've really lost faith in it ever happening. There was also this SNES game called "uniracers" that I enjoyed as a lad, but that does not seem likely either.
