That is far from the norm though
-stay in one little town your whole life and given a houseWhat happens if circumstances dictate you move to someplace where housing is much more expensive (you need a loan to get the new house)?

I can't imagine any circumstances coming up to where I would have to move to a more expensive location. I mean its possible but I don't see how it would happen. If that situation arose I would sell the house I am currently in (assuming its later on and my family has passed on by than) and would take the money and rent an apartment. Most apartment complexes will let you rent even with poor credit as long as you pay 2-4 months in advance on the rent (its happened to me a couple times in the past). I would get a job and just keep an apartment going that way after the money ran out. I would not be able to get a loan on a house that I admit but I don't really mind that. My debts are mostly medical with 1 unpaid apartment bill (for a cleaning fee) and 1 small (around $250) debt to Bank of America. If I really had to and was in dire straits I could always just pay off the 2 last debts I mentioned and clear up a bit of my credit issues.
As I said though I don't see why I would be forced to move to a more expensive area thus I don't really see this happening. Never know though so I get what you are saying
(I realize my credit history would still show the debts and not be a good one but you know what i mean on what I mentioned above)
You live in a really small town though, right?
-so 99% of the time = cheaper housing.
My point was that you never know what life will bring. You could need to move to a larger city or more expensive state.
Then you would be forced to rent (and probably not someplace great b/c of your credit) for the rest of your life and flush your money away.
...having to pay rent for forever.
I never will understand why some people (may or may not be you) have such an aversion to establishing credit
-some people fear it, some think they are sticking it to the man (when really they are sticking it to themselves)
All one has to do it get a credit card and treat it like a debit card.
Also, you can make larger purchases on store ones that offer 0% for a while and pay it off with the money you saved.
I have yet to jump at a 300 dollar PS3 but if they released one for 200 dollars I would find it very hard to resistSony really need to make a $199 SKU alongside the $299 and $349 SKU. Xbox360 has one at $199 with 4GB and wii has always been $199. why not release a 4GB PS3 slim for $199?? agreed?

[QUOTE="testfactor888"] I know this was not asked of me but since I live credit free as well here is how - Personally I have just saved up the cash for a car every time I have bought one. No loan required As for the house luckily I have been given one that is fully paid off so that won't be an issue (Its the house I currently live in with family but I am on the lease and its mine in the will/ since I know you know alot about me I won't go into details)rawsavon

When they get a video of her shooting up heroin or snorting a line of coke I will be in agreement with you. Till than nawi knew it, she is on the road to coming the next Britney Spears (you know the whole drug, sex, and alcohol addiction), its going to happen in due time, this is just the start

The original anime followed the manga for awhile but the show ran out of volumes to convert into episodes as it caught up to the previously written manga and since the manga had yet to be finished it went off into its own story. Brotherhood follows the manga more closely as the manga is now complete.I do believe the original anime is just as "true" as the manga. It did come out first, after all. It's why Brotherhood isn't as compelling as the first anime to many people.

[QUOTE="worlock77"]How will you establish credit? ...or do you not plan on needing to (bad or not established credit = higher rates on car and home loans...or no loan at all) I know this was not asked of me but since I live credit free as well here is how - Personally I have just saved up the cash for a car every time I have bought one. I'm glad to live credit free.

Need an option for 0. I owed money to Bank of America around 8 years ago so they put me on a list where it was a pain to open up a new bank account. Since than I have learned to just use cash for everything or money orders. I am likely off that list now (still never did pay back that debt though so no idea) but I got used to never using banks and prefer it that way. On top of that my credit is crap from alot of debts I owe in the past
I'm pretty sure Conquere of shamballa came out way before date's inferno jasopanDante's Inferno is alot older than just the video game or the recent animated movie.
[QUOTE="xaos"]Can be seen here; I must say, I was a little concerned with the first costume reveals and stuff, but this looks quite a bit sexier to me :)EmpirefrtwYet another super hero movie with some stupid relationship in it that will take up way to much of the movie where their could have been more action god I hate hollywood.
Yeah how dare they try to put some story in the middle of the explosions!
on a side note the movie looks like it could be ok
