Once again, Valve "gets it".

I never bought Either L4D since I don't buy games that don't have a robust SP story. However, when it was 9.99 around late fall last year I snatched it up. Got a good 40-50 hours out of it with a friend who also bought it then. Was well worth the money and still sits on my hard drive waiting for the next time I get the urge to play it.

What Valve says is right, price is what holds it back. I bought a lot of Steam games last year and it was all due to that crazy low price deals they had.

I'd like to recommend myself. I know it's silly, but I am constantly getting PMs from people who love my quality reviews. Many of them are the best ranked on the site. (Also, JodyR tracks my contributions, so I know I'm not too bad)

I even got a job reviewing games at another site as a staff member thanks to them seeing the work I did here.

I would also like to recommend Technologodoom

He's the only reviewer that I make it a point to go and read as soon as something is uploaded from them.

EDIT: These are *Written* reviews.

I'd be upset, if Epic and old "Grandmastah CliffyB" could make a shooter that didn't look like it was designed by 14 year old headbangers high on weed.

Oh, wait, "People can fly" is making this game...

Still, Epic hasn't made a decent PC FPS since UT2004.

CliffyB is about one rung above Stevie "Killcreek" Case.

Bioware to EA: "We will continue working the same way as before the acquisition!"

EA: "ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."

And thus Dragon Effect and a bunch of DLC were born.

^This Keep in mind, during the development of Ultima 9 they clashed several times with Richard Garriott. RG said, years after the fact, that the game was treated like a "redheaded stepchild" and that every change they were forced to make came down from EA. The game he wanted and the game EA forced them to make were totally different. Eh, but what can you do? People never learn.

I no longer trust anything Bioware says. They've proven that they've been corrupted and EA has changed them. EA gobbles up gifted game designers and spits them out. Ask Origin and Bullfrog.

The ending you received is easy to get. You simply have to finish the "Find Strelok" quest arc, which requires you saving the doc and going to Strelok's stash. It's pretty automatic unless you bulldoze through the game.

She lives in my neighborhood. I've talked to her a few times.

A little tip: If you ever have to ask the question "Is she out of my league" then she is. No question, no doubt. It's one of the guy rules to live by.

"Do not worry, PC is still our favorite platform and STALKER is a PC game primarily. It will be a port onto Console and not the other way around" - Sasha[GSC

devious742

We've heard this before.

Deus Ex 2, Dragon Age, Mass Effect 2, Fallout, Oblivion, FEAR 2, etc etc

Then again, they're Ukrainian, and those Eastern European guys are definite PC diehards. True blue.

We'll see.

I know there exists an option to have it set up this way, but I never checked it and even know the boxes to automatically place played games on other lists are not checked.

Every time I add a game to any of my game lists (including but not limited to "now playing") it auto-adds it to "following".

It's annoying and I just had someone today ask me why I was following a 14 year old game. Funny, but weird.
