Glad to hear it's GOTY material. I'll be picking up my copy tomarrow. Hows the road to rule working out?

yer its good, like each step on the road to rule they give you different chests with power ups or new spells, and stuff like new things to say to people, unlocks high level jobs so you can earn more money, allows you to buy houses and shops, and new colours you can dye your clothing or hair. it makes you do the main quest because that is the only way of unlocking the gates to get to the next stage of the road to rule. only thing is i have about half of the chests already and only complete a few of the quests, ive been playing for about 6 hours now.
i have just got my first weapon that i can upgrade by killing things (i only been using the weapons that give at the start which you cant upgrade) and they way to upgrade them is that each weapon has certain challenges to complete for example kill 500 hollow creatures, and by furfilling these challenges it gives you rewards (upgrades) such as extra damage at certain times of the day or certain enemies, or special abilities to the weapon such as shotgun spray.
I think this is an amazing way to level the weapons because each weapon you get will have different challenges to complete and different upgrades :)
Hope that it dosen't make the game more linear, but Iguess you would unlock all the gates by time you take control of the throne or at least thats whatIfigure from reading the name. The weapons sound cool, can't w8 til tomarrow.
I haven't been following Fable III. I loved Fable II for like 2 days, then got kinda bored of it... there wasn't enough to do, as I was hoping to be able to live life how you wanted to (I am not usually a RPG fan). But is Fable III supposed to be less linear and generally a whole lot better?Ashley_wwe
It'll probably be more linear since they are taking out some of the rpg elements but i'm guessing it'll be a whole lot better.
