@Marsh87: I'm leaning towards Birthright because it's the most similar to the previous entry in the series. You can pay 19.99 to unlock the other version if you go digital though.

@GreenBlazin You definitely have never played Amnesia before or you wouldn't be saying this. If anything, combat hurts the experience of survival horror. Because think about it. If a monster was stalking you, you would run, you wouldn't bust out a knife and try to kill it because it's foot long claws and sharp teeth would take you down in a second. That's fear.

@mucking_foron You're funny. User reviews? On metacritic? You must be joking...

@mucking_foron @t_tocs I said, "I'm thinking of getting" not "I am getting"

How does this compare to Outlast? I'm thinking of getting that as well.

@Nube36 @t_tocs @kalgert123 You don't know what you're talking about. The video game industry is healthy and doing great. You're just picking out phrases from a news post you probably heard and using it without knowing what you mean. Look at Microsoft and Sony's stocks. Look at how video games sell more than major motion pictures. Now tell me how it's not doing well?

@joke_man @t_tocs I make the mistake all the time. I use gamestop in a sentence a lot more daily and when I'm typing really fast I miss those things. Thanks for pointing it out...and of course I can't edit :)

@zeusbark This is a fun zombie survival game. Don't believe one reviewer. Go take a look at other reviews and see what they say. IGN gave a good review and so did gamesradar.

@kalgert123 If you want to read a good review of the game, head over to IGN or gamesradar. Both of their reviews were actually pretty good. It's not a great game, but it's definitely a fun game that gets a lot right - especially the combat.

And this is why gamestop is a shell of what it used to be. Obviously the guy doesn't like this type of game but he doesn't point out that a lot of people liked the first and if you appreciated the first this is just more of the same and that's the crowd this is directed towards. Instead this guy just goes on about how he thought it was boring, which is fine, but this is more than just about your gaming tastes. You have to relate the game to others tastes and tell of who would enjoy it.

Gamestop just being Gamestop I guess. Glad I let my paid subscription run out years ago.
