wrong, a beginner can't just hop in and destroy a vet. If you try to play the game like halo you will die quick. you have to play with team work if to be good at this game. sure you can rambo it with a 1 man team, but you wont last if the other teamworks together to get you. Gears is good on its own right, and is nnot like halo at all. run n gun vs a slowed stop and pop game.
I agree with this guy all the way, if you always go lone wolf in gears it might work for a round or two then boom your dead.
And the main reason why people hate gears is very simple, they suck at it.
Got halo 3 the day it came out and it's a great game but after a week or so i was back playin' gears of war again, it just doesn't have that "WOW" factor i got the first time i played gears, its just another run & gun game more or less.
For me gears is a better game in everyway whos with me? i know i aint the only one people.
