RPGs takes much more effort and i think the fan based has shrunk over the years. Ni No Kuni and Xenoblade might be the last real/good RPGs in the generation of consoles.
My suggestion to u is "not to buy"............U say u are a fan of Turn based RPG's yet only played FF9!!! come on, u hardly know what a turn based RPG is judging from the games u've played thus far..... so do ur self a favor and leave this game alone. ppl like me who are RPG fans are more inclined to play and not need the advise of others to make a decision like this. I dont think this review matters, Zelda is a fan based game only on the Wii and i know for a fact that Wii owners such as myself are going to get it. The review may hamper ppl from from obtaining the system just for the game but that will only occur if they really follow the advice of this review. people remeber ratings are not always to be trusted just look at the subprime mortgage crise in 2008 and u will know that the credit rating agencies were one of the major faults and it was due to an inefficent rating. This is one such rating, Zelda has a formula distinct from other games and to ask it to change to meet the expectations of other games in the market is foolish. And i must commend the Wii for its innovation in bring me a new way of gaming by not utilizing traditional controls. I own all 3 systems and i am a fan of Gaming, and i love the fact that the Wii is different with respect to zelda. I dont expect it to be like Skyrim, unchartered or gears of war, it needs to be like ZELDA a traditional game that started it all for 3rd person action gaming and to me has stood the test of time gracefully. I will adivise ppl to buy this game if you have a Wii and the game is also worthy to become a Wii owner. Damn Skyrim, unchcharted, GOW, Arkum City, Darksouls and now Zelda, i may need to take the next 2 months off !!!
