Hello,

I have recently upgraded my VGA from 5770 to GTX 1060, things worked smoothly for 3 weeks I have maxed the settings on Witcher 3 FO4...etc, but while playing witcher 3 i clicked on fast travel point then...BOOM system froze. I did hard reset the VGA didn't display anything after 5 to 10 attempts it worked, but Windows 7 was glitchy and every time i start any game the same freeze happens, i tired fresh format for my system but same thing i need to reboot 5 to 10 times for the VGA to display and same freeze on games.

I re installed my old 5770 things are working smoothly no freeze or glitches just low frame rate . and sadly i don't have any other device to test the GPU on it,

My question... is my system old for the GTX 1060? or the GPU is piece of crap and i should return it?

my current spec is:

Asrock pro 3 Z77 ATX Motherboard

I5 3570k

8 gig DDR3 ram

600 W Power supply.

thanks,
