South Park: The Stick of Truth
Takes Prototype base and makes it's enjoyable for all, assuming the occasional crash doesn't drive you nuts.
If you can't stand, even an enjoyable game crashing occasionally, then wait and see if this game gets patched. If you're forgiving on a newly released enjoyable game then read on. I am not a fan of the original Prototy... Read Full Review1 of 2 users found the following review helpful
Avadon: The Black Fortress
Fate: The Cursed King
Don't think of this as a Gothic RPG, think of it as a new series Action RPG. This game has fun action with an RPG story.
Unlike the typical early purchaser of this title I disliked Gothic 3 and hadn't played previous releases in the series. I reckon most of my dislike of Gothic 3 was because my first attempt at playing it was early this y... Read Full Review0 of 4 users found the following review helpful
I am not fan of original Assassin's Creed but really enjoyed this follow up. Read review to see why.
If I hadn't got a free 30 minute demo of this game on OnLive I likely never would have bought and enjoyed it (FYI I didn't buy on OnLive). I found the original to be a bit chaotic to control and can't seem to get into i... Read Full Review1 of 2 users found the following review helpful
I got this on sale, thank you negative reviews. Sounded like a game I would enjoy, it was. Not sure why all the bad PR
I was hesitant to give this game a go after reading so many negative reviews, so it took me a few weeks. I'm glad I got to it. I've played it for several nights in a row and I really look forward to it. Now that I'm d... Read Full Review5 of 5 users found the following review helpful
I was looking forward to this, relocated xbox so I could play it for hours and got on day 1. I haven't played for hours.
I really enjoy these combo games and have most of them: Puzzle Quest, Kingdoms, Puzzle Chronicles, Gyromancer, and Galactrix. All of those caught my interest immediately or nearly so and I found quite enjoyable. For ... Read Full Review0 of 2 users found the following review helpful
Puzzle Quest 2
Average game for first couple hours. After that it's great and difficult to put down. Freeze in time and shoot.
I am not a huge quake fps fan but have found a few fps games I really enjoyed like Half Life and Borderlands. I was very worried after playing this game for about an hour that it was a game I might not bother with in a ... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
Divinity II: Ego Draconis
It's the great new MMO we've been waiting for (years) since WOW. AION gets the work/reward formula right.
FYI a bit of background I've played WOW with several different classes, but get tired of it before managing to advance to the hire levels and experience dungeons/raids. I pre-ordered Lord of the Rings and hated the beta... Read Full Review1 of 3 users found the following review helpful
I reckon people are better off if they aren't familiar with Puzzle Quest as obviously (for some reason) people are feeling ripped off they aren't getting Puzzle Quest 2. If you can get past that then this is an enjoyabl... Read Full Review0 of 2 users found the following review helpful
I've been playing this game exclusively for a couple weeks now. I hope the next sequel doesn't take so long to come out
This is my first experience with King's Bounty. I had played all the HOMM games except 4 which I read enough negative about I sold my copy before I opened it. This game is definitely similar to Heroes of Might and Magi... Read Full Review2 of 2 users found the following review helpful
I hesitated getting this game because of the reviews of the combat interfaces. Having now completed this game, and I don't finish many games, I can say don't let any of the reviews sway you from giving this game a shot ... Read Full Review1 of 1 users found the following review helpful
I keep thinking I'll get tired of this game, it certainly isn't as deep as it's PC parents. However I've now played thru 4 games and certainly will be coming back for more. 4 games is a ton for me as I was playing abou... Read Full Review1 of 1 users found the following review helpful
Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution
American History Lux
I don't care much for overly complicated got to read 100+page manual strategy games, which is why I enjoy this game. It's simple, and it's risk style game play make the battles random yet still semi predictable. I've... Read Full Review2 of 2 users found the following review helpful
I certainly wouldn't compare this games play style to Diablo. However it is enjoyable assuming you like FPS games. The plus over traditional FPS is you get a skill tree with subset of options to help you as well as sta... Read Full Review0 of 1 users found the following review helpful
Yes the interface is very poor - making it difficult to move in anything but a straight line and track where you are going on the map. However thankfully aside from when you are in towns you can generally walk in a stra... Read Full Review5 of 5 users found the following review helpful
Heroes of Might and Magic V (Limited Edition DVD)
I almost passed up Oblivion because I doubted I'd ever be able to finish it. I still don't know if I'll finish it, but the many quests and engine make the game so it's not soo much about finishing a global quest. Unlik... Read Full Review2 of 2 users found the following review helpful
FEAR is similar to other FPS games in that it lacks the adventure qualities that make the top FPS games more than just a shoot everything in site game. As a shoot everything in site game this one succeeds in pushing its... Read Full Review1 of 3 users found the following review helpful
I wasn't happy with Civ III, luckily I can say they have corrected their mistakes and Civ IV is once again Civilization!
I have been a Civ addict since the first day I discovered the game which was months after it's initial release. I've bought and tried every version since. I enjoyed version 2 and the gold version following. I even enj... Read Full Review0 of 2 users found the following review helpful
If you don't have this game for the Dreamcast then by all means get it, it's a great fighter especially fun to play with friends. If you have played the Dreamcast version I think you will be slightly dissapointed, sure ... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Wow, I didn't expect a RPG on a console to be worth a penny, man was I wrong. I don't doubt the PC version will be better when it is released later this Novemember, but you'd have to be crazy to wait. I've been waiti... Read Full Review0 of 0 users found the following review helpful
