So, from what I've been reading, if you were able to run Bad Company 2, you should be able to run Battlefield 3 since it's using the updated 2.0 version of the frostbite engine. caseystryker

I keep hearing this and it is not correct.

Battlefield Bad Company = Frostbite 1.0

Battlefield Bad Company 2 = Frostbite 1.5

Battlefield 3 = Frostbite 2.

Hence it isnt an updated version of 2.0....it IS 2.0. Im taking it you think BFBC 2 used 2.0 but that aint right. Therefore the spec's for Battlefield 3 will likely be higher. But then again since the engine and the game is made for PC, specs might in actually be lower....

I LOVED the first witcher game but i think this game is the one of the biggest and buggiestmesses i've seen, on the level of Fallout and Elder Scrolls if not worse.

I only own a G35 headset and some earplugs for my Ipod (Sennheiser ones, so they are okay but not worth playing Witcher 2 with!).

There's a lot of g35/7.1 fix threads on the internet.I followed them and uninstalled the logitech drivers and rebooted the system, forcing it to use basic windows 7 USB headset drivers. And the sound STILL doesn't work.

Anyone knows a fix that actually works or do i have to wait for yet another patch ?

Witcher 1 supports7.1 but Witcher 2 does NOT, WTF!

The Witcher is a LONG game, but dont worry you'll get silver and gold points eventually :)

Since the Witcher 2 is suffering from a few initial bugs, i'll use this opportunity to play trough Witcher 1 again to get my savegame.

PS: Does anyone know where to find save games for witcher 1 ? just like there's websites containing lots of Mass Effect 1 & 2 saves ?
