I don't consider myself a big DMC fan, but i have played through 1,3 and 4.

Gotta say though, considering that this was not even on my radar, now I am really looking forward to see more, a rental perhaps.

Lol, i have super mario 64 DS that i forgot to trade in, i think i will keep it for after i get bored of the rest of the 3ds games, but that will be much later on.

I cant believe i forgot to mention, AR viewer, Faceraiders and Mii plaza, along with taking pictures, that has been the most fun i have had with a console without a game in years lol.

I have a weird craving for Luigi's Mansion and Rogue squadron lol i will never forgot driving a black towncar right into the death star secret level.

You all have valid points, i feel as though this launch was really hastened by media/critics, just because it lacked a AAA name it was sort of brushed under the rug, i still see people hating on Ghost Recon and will never give it a chance which is sad, because to me it is the best launch title. Granted, launching with Mario 3D or Zelda would have been fantastic, but i rather wait for thoes games to be fully polished, than having the 3DS be pushed back just to launch with thoes games.

I understand that most of the games fall into the "its good" rather than "its OMG amazing" catagory, but man, it could have been worse.

(extra points for calling Steel Diver, a submarine game "shallow" hehe)

Also i hear Rayman 3D is pretty great, but that because its just a port, its being rated down, can anyone elaborate on this?

I got my 3DS shortly after launch, i was put off by the lack of really high profile games but i gave it a shot anyways.

and now i have realized how much fun i am having with a bunch of games ive picked up and how much time ive sunk into them.

i have well over 25 hours on SSFIV3D and Ghost Recon.

a little over 20 hours with PES and Ridge Racer mostly through local wifi.

and i have just picked up Pilotwings and Steel diver and can instantly see that i am going to spend way to much time with them (in a 100% completion junkie lol)

I will probably get Rayman 3D since i never got around to playing Rayman 2, and nintendogs

So far i am spending way to much time with my 3DS, and cannot wait for the big names to come around, but really, i have a lot to hold me over.

Hell the last launch i witnessed was the PS3 and i only really played Resistance and Cod3.

What do you guys think?

Haha as a probable descendant from Illegal Aliens... im sure we could have used a cow! lol I saw the "real" hinge problem on my Roomate's 3DS, when he opens it the top screen does not "click" and falls backwards, and would automatically close if he flicked the 3DS towards him ever so slightly.

You know, to be honest we don't know what nintendo will end up doing with the more "mature games" with the 3DS.

Like with the Eshop, Nintendo is fixing all the mistakes and problems they have done in order to give you a much more versitile machine.

With a few games that seem to still have the M edge coming out, it wouldn't surprise me if it outdoes the Wii, DS and even the Gamecube in amount of M games for console. We all just have to wait and see.
