I gave a friend a spare LBP beta code and he was gonna give me Burnout Paradise but for some reason

"This PS3 cannot be activated. This content cannot be used. 5 PS3 systems are already activated to your account. To active systme, you must deactivate another PS3 system"

Wtf? I've never had this problem before but all of sudden I can't. This happens with everthing except a demo is tryed to be downloaded.
