@psycho75 You get that tumor if you idle in Quelaags adobe for too long or if you join the daughters of chaos covenant and then break any of its rules or abandon it. It is very annoying because it prevents you from wearing a helmet, and later on, it will start consuming half of the souls you get from enemies (so you will only get half the souls you are meant to) and then even later it will replace your kick with a slow animation where a maggot spurts out of the egg on your head. You can get rid of it by using an egg vermifume, which you can receive as a drop from the egg carriers in quelaags domain or in the fire place, or you can get it as a drop from the double headed snakes in darkroot forest.
