I work in IT for the county library system. Sometimes what I do in front of them is pure magic, and they think I'm so much smarter than them. They don't realize that they could run circles around me when it comes to library stuff, as well as other non-work related things.
So I see all this talk of "the numbers show" and "i demand an unbiased opinion" but you have yet to show us the things you speak of. I feel i have been pretty unbiased in my statements that the PS3 and 360 are equal in power, i mean if you read my posts I didn't give one bonus to the 360 that i didnt give the PS3. Both have a disadvantage and advantage over eachother. The truth is though, Sony waaaay over promoted the PS3 and all its glory before it came out. And if you dont believe me, check out Metal Gear Solid 4. The guy who created it says the same thing, and you cant get more unbiased that that. I'M NOT SAYING PS3 IS CRAP, it's a very good system. I'm making a point that it's not as good as people who didnt reasearch it think it is.
The HDD doesnt mean anything to the 360 cause the DVD drive is capable of reading faster and doesnt need to store stuff on it's hard drive like the PS3 does. The only thing that will matter, as far as the HDD goes, is if you LOVE XBL arcade. But yes, eventually games will be better on the PS3 cause they have about 4 x's as much space to play with, i forget the exact number, and that will be great in the future when games start becoming larger than 8.5 gigs.
nextgenisps3: You seem to be misinformed as well. The 360 doesnt have the bottlneck in memory that the PS3 does. You can throw the biggest baddest engine in the thing, but without good gas flow, you arent gonna go any faster. The PS3 is as capable as the 360 and vice versa. So dont go spamming that garbage and insulting people.
