After a reboot or a new boot up, my cursor for Guild Wars 2 or a few games would disappear or become transparent until I start Star Craft II (just load and exit the game) then I will have cursor for all of my games.

Now since I use a 4K monitor, all of my game cursor is gone transparent whenever I start a game. If I move the mouse around, certain button will light up as if the cursor is there. And if I click left mouse, that button will activate as if the cursor is there. It is rather the cursor is transparent.

My PC setting is I7 (older version of I7). Geforce GTX 750 Ti. 4K 28" Samsung Monitor.
