No way was GTA II better than the GTA original. Even your archive reviews say as much. I remember being fairly disappointed with GTA II when it launched on PC.

Their dual entitlement for Ultimate purchases only is a joke and the games media (especially GAMESPOT) should be applying pressure on EA to backtrack this cynical move that only comes about because of their incompetence to implement crossplay.

So if they can't offer crossplay then dual entitlement (especially PS5 users) should come as standard

I have to pay 90 quid for the privilege to downgrade if I want to play clubs with friends on ps4.

I won't be buying "Fifa 2017 2022 edition" this year for that reason.

@HAWK9600: having just got the platinum. I will say the only chaotic fights are boss fights with certain lords as they are smaller than most monsters and its harder to telegraph your counter edge, that's it.

DLC advert at the campfire is invasive I'll admit but not enough to suddenly dock the game which has been very entertaining and compelling. They have made huge changes to their previous title especially in feedback and the new boosts gave enhanced the system. This is the strongest Tales of game they have made especially in attention to detail.

Another review marking down a game that isn't hipster feed. Also forgetting the Tales games always have shortcut dlc, its really not hard to hit 100 without them.
