RIP Burnout - The Best Arcade games ever made, it's very sad but it is how it is. Good Luck Criterion, hope that "something new" you were talking about is going to be awesome!
seriously when playing a game (I mean in motion, no screenshots) there's probably no noticeable differences the eye can actually see without static screenshots, and even then, the differences are very minor. The same game, same gameplay, THE SAME THING. I guess the only difference woul bee seen between playing a PC version with max settings and AA, even in motion. @ Shotoku, right, couldn't care less about some minimal differences. Anyway thanks GS for taking the time to do a comparison, just for the heck of it.
People tend to forget one thing: to play the games on either consoles you need to have an HD TV at least(if not full HD for a handfull of PS3 games). So u add the cost of the TV to the cost of the console , and you might as well get a pretty good pc and play with better graphics. A good monitor costs at least half the price of a good TV. I don't have a good TV,I have 3 older ones , so no point in buying a new gen console. I have PS2 and it's enough and games are still coming out for it which is impressive. So the PC is the winner here IMHO (although I hate all the exclusive X360 racing games , because I am a fan of the genre).
