In theory a darwinist might have several holidays, like Easter or Christmass, since both of them predate the writing of the Bible and the birth of Christ. In various cultures these days had different meaning like the passing of the year (on some ancient calendars it only had 360 days) on 25 of December or the holiday of the spring.

Also, since there are no actual rules for what a darwinist holiday is, it could be anything... like the holiday for singing or the holiday for going on a lovely walk... or the holiday for the super computer that is going to rule the world in a not so distant future :P

Because they are geneticly programmed to. It serves for perpetuation of the species and it also feels good. GoldenAxe. As part of a campaign to promote computer science there were some classes in my hometown and my godmother worked there. My father took me there after the classes was over and there i discovered GoldenAxe... and i didn't want go go home...ever...

The idea is interesting but the game itself .... well, it would very hard to make. Superheroes have unbalanced superpowers that would make the game unplayable. How many superhiroes can run faster than Flash, throw further than the Hulk or jump highr than SuperMan. Another issues would be that sports games hava a limited audience that prefer the more realistinc FIFA or some other EA game.
