ok so i bought a ipod nano a couple of days ago and i have a pc' so when i try to download itunes it goes through the install process then always stalls with a message about "stopping services" and then never finishes installing.

can somebody please help me with this? i have a useless ipod right now!

they don't say anything to me i can't get a hold of a real person there, everytime i called it rings once and a operater comes on and says please leave your numeric message after the beep, so when i press any keys on the phone nothin happens. i've called ms before this has never happen to me i know i'calling the right # 1-800-4my-xbox

yeah that still doesn't make sense because didn't ms issued the three year warranty in 2007? so shouldn't we be covered into 09?

ok so i did the repair thing on xbox.com for my rrod issue but freakin ms is saying that my warranty is out of date that it expired on 9/18/2008 oh hell no! i bought my xbox in nov of 06 now please tell me ms how in the hell is that a 3 year warranty?

well i called the retarded 1-800-4my-xbox # and the operator tells me to put in my numeric message after the beep, WTF!

ok so i got the rrod on my xbox 360 a couple of days ago blah blah whatever, so i called microsoft at that # 1-800-4my-xbox and i can't seem to get a hold of anybody just an operator who gets me no where. can somebody please help?
