I've never actually said this in my whole time of watching but by god Sherman needs a slap or a mahooosive fine his attitude just annoys me so much especially that post game interview i really do hope Manning and company take him down a few pegs in 2 weeks time.

as time has progressed, gaming has become less of a niche hobby/form of entertainment and developers,publishers and investers have subsequently adapted to the market thats why games have been "dumbed down" is more or less to appeal to a broader market and thus sell more and in return more money which makes the people providing the funds for developement more happy.

Its the way every creative industry works, theres still many many alternative less mainstream options fulfilling the needs of those who wish for such products and the ones which appeal to a much broader market.

Simple as it gets, some idiots on this board (primarily hipsters/ people who live in the past) who will never seem to grasp this, theres still many games which will fill your needs for those things like complexity the only thing is one must do a bit of legwork.

not to mention with playstation now we can kinda play PS1,2,3 games on the go abliet poorer performance but still worth noting in my eyes its still a technology in its infancy.

Also BC was only really something the PS2 had most consoles never ever really had it in the first place, with the case of the genesis it was through a fairly expensive addon if im not mistaken :P

Game's prices have gone up yes, i live in the UK and nearly the price of everything has pretty much went up not to mention wages have near enough stagnated yes its become more expensive for most of us but lets face it Osbourne seems hell bent on ruining the working class, game's prices have went up and kinda in line with how inflations going but the other parts aint.

Thats why they are more expensive from a perceptive point of view, iirc FFVII launched at £40 RRP and i remember it being considered expensive, then again go back even further some games cost nearly £90 when carts were around.So the arguement can be said game prices have dropped and are begging to rise once again but then again our country is an economic mess and being fixed by the village idiot.

its a good game, stronger than 5 was in many ways although a few poor decisions here and there by poly make those points moot.

im enjoying it and we got the FT-1 the other day, im fairly enjoying driving it around trial mountain and oh, dihatsu midget racing online is one of the funniest things ever its turned into how many silly colours can you paint the midget.
