I want to build an awesome rig with some specific compromises. Please help

don't need future upgradability cause my money would be all gone on this one.

No sli or crossfire, just a clean mobo that could support a powerful card(preferably 9800gtx!!!!!!!!)

Decent cpu, around 2gb of ram

tiny storage is fine. (uninstall after playing every game!), integrated audio.

Basicly, hard on the graphics/processor , sucks at peripherals.

Around $1000 plz!!!!!!
