samsung is making the best tvs right now, id go samsung for sure. id wait to get your upgrade tv until the price of 120 hz displays come down.

you should just have to hook it up to the router. if that fails, make sure upnp is enabled on both devices and try again. if that fails you may want to try disabling firewalls, and forwarding ports. if you plan on play a lot of games online you may want to forward the ports anyway, and enable any kind of packet optimazation in your router. a list of ports you would need to forward can be found on the psn forums. it should work riht away, np though. congratulations on the ps3.

i found the infamous demo boring. the gameplay wasderivative, felt like i was playing force unleashed meetsassassinscreed. i wasnt halfway through the demo before i was tired of the "puzzles ", i can foresee the entire games puzzles probably being solved by shooting lightning at something. the good/ evil dilemma is a good idea, but doesnt affect the story at all so whats the point? the story seems like its just cole getting guilted into trying to save the city, like he was the one who planned it, hes just a delivery boy, he didnt know what was in the package, dont guilt the messenger. running around an open world city and i cant get in a car or something? getting shot at but i cant use a gun? im not saying this game is horrible, or its going to suck, im just verydisappointedin what ive seen, and i hope prototype will live up to the hype better.

killzone 2 on elite the other day. the enemies get elite, your teamates ai stays on "giant noob". halfway through the game i was building up frustration, then after i died cheesily, i instinctively tossed it at the floor and broke it. i put it back together but the buttons are a little loose, hehe. whatever i have the kz2 plat trophy now so its all good.

it seems to me that kojima would have spent a lot of money on r+d for mgs4, and ps3 development technology, and it would be silly not to bump out a few more games for the ps3 with it to maximize profits while its still a hot topic.

LOL, zelda wind waker by far. i had pre-ordered it for $20 so i could get the bonus zeldaocarinaof time on gc. during the pre-order transaction i was handed a few reciepts. on release day i woke up early, and hopped on the bus to pick up my copy. i had only saved one of the copies of the reciept, and this was not a problem at first, the clerk rang in the sale took my money, put it in a bag and was actually handing it to me, my fingers were actually touching it, when another clerk on duty stopped him and pointed out that i didnt have the correct copy of thereceiptand therefore could not sell me zelda without me paying another $20, finding areceiptfrom over a month ago, and they would not return my $20 so i could go buy it elsewhere.

initially, i tried every kind of logic and reason.until that day i was a very regular customer at that store, visiting almost daily, making a purchase every week or more, and i would chat with the employees, so they shouldrecognizemy face.they didnt tell me what copy of the receipt i needed, there were at least 3 different papers all detailing the same transaction, i saved one. they have a record of who picked up their pre-orders. they had a phone number attached to the order so they could call me, i explained that it was my cell, and if they called it right now my pocket would ring, proving its me. he wouldnt call his manager because it was his day off.

it came down to me yelling at the guy for about an hour total. iexplainedto him howall i want to do is play zelda,i was unemployed, and have nowhere better to be, and i was going to stand there yelling at him until he sold me zelda, and if they closed i would come back the next day to yell at him more, or give me my $20 back so i could buy it elsewhere. i was blocking the cashes, abusively yelling at this clerk to take my cash. they even called security, at which time i complained about EB Games stealing my $20 and they went away,lol, i had a valid receipt for it after all...

the situation was resolved when he called the manager of another store (as i suggested he do in the first 5 min) and asked what to do. the solution was to obviously give the regular customer his long awaited game. so concludes the story of the most i ever ate... er, uh... greatest trouble to get a game.

the one i dumped (still dump) the most hours into is rogue leader for the gamecube, or jedi outcast for the pc. battlefront 2 pc, republic commando pc, and force unleashed ps3 are all good too. i think we need a new xwing vs tiefighter though....
