I can't believe there are actually people who really expected this game to be anything. I saw one spot about it and knew it'd bomb.

@Adiabaticrage Yeah. You should. It takes a genius mind to realize that a newer Playstation will sell more than the one before it. I mean, it's not like we have two generations of precedence to go off of. It's also insightful to think that Sony is going to pay more attention to hardware costs after how they started off with Playstation 3. What's most impressive is how you realize that people requiring to pay for PS+ now will net Sony tens of millions of dollars more than before; I never would have realized that making people pay for something that was previously free would create more revenue.

@ChiefReaver Shhh, console gamers are experts at hardware and software usage. You know how complex it is setting those things up.

Once I explained how easy building a desktop is, how you don't have to spend $1K every four months like most console gamers believe, and how even a low-budget desktop looks better than any console, I've converted three so far. They care, they're just usually ignorant because people commonly exaggerate about the cost and complexity of computers.

Man. I'm glad I read the Destructoid review before I read this shit. Gamespot's review: "This new iteration is great because it still does what the previous five games did. And they added a dog that doesn't really do much."

@outdplay @naomha1 I don't know what kind of shitty PC you have, but that's not how my experiences goes. And I guarantee you I'm gaming on my PC from being turned off just as quickly if not faster than your console. The only difference is there's much more going on my game and it looks a lot better. As far as TV, I'd try to explain to you what an HDMI cable is, but I'm assuming it'll fly over your head.

Every time I see a post saying "Why do we..." and I see this guy's face, the answer is always "we don't".
