Annoying and restricting? yes. A big deal? No. Not for me anyway, I can see how it is for some people though. Like I said I'm not trying to convince others to like it, I'm just honestly surpised to see so many people over looking the great exclusives coming to only X1.

Don't explain the obvious to me, I know I'm free to like whatever I want, I was just making a point that people seem to be forgetting the most important part about a video game console... The video games. don't waste your time here,but yeah games are the most important thing of a console.I'm glad you agree with me. i mean I find the whole DRM thing very annoying, but when I hear the huge back lash I'm literally blown away by how exaggerated it is. I'm just like guys are you not seeing these good looking exclusives?
All that matters to me is games, and I've seen a lot on X1 I really want that are exclusive. Finding out KH3, and FFXV is coming to X1 also was icing on the cake. On PS4 just one that really interests me, and it isn't even exclusive, just not on X1. Do I like what Microsoft is doing? Absolutley not. But I think it is overly exaggerated. Why do I care if I can borrow games without restriction If I don't like the games?

I agree that right now the X1 seems like it'll have a better early gen line up. But the PS4 is a much better value all around. I'll probably own both at some point, but the PS4 is what I would go for first. A lot of those X1 exclusives are probably going to be timed exclusives. If I owned a PS4 first, I'd only buy multiplats for it. I want a console where I can buy an awesome X1 exclusive and an awesome multiplat right from the start. Yeah it sucks X1 is one hundred dollars higher. One of my bigger complaints.

At this point I'm concerned over the Xbox One, but I think it has great potential. I'll wait until Microsoft is more clear on some pressing issues before making my decision, but I think a lot of people on here are overexaggerating how big of a fail X1 will be. Seriously it doesn't sound bad at all yet. And PS4 doesn't intrest me atm.
No one brings up Silent Hill? Well I will. When I first played Silent Hill Homecoming I didn't get all the hate. After I played SH 2 and 3. I do. Also you people need to realize that after time series and franchises will subside in quality. It's just how it goes and how it will continue. So don't hate this gen because of that, this gen has more than enough amazing games.
