If the Wii mote alone was 40 bucks, this thing with an almost HD Touch screen and all the sensors and doodads has got to be at LEAST $100 bucks no? I love it though, at first I was hmmm..well...I didn't know what to think, but now that we've seen it in action I think it's gonna open up a whole new dimension to gaming. Did anyone hear anything about battery? Im assuming it charges.

I can't wait for Metroid other M OMGOSH! It's also harder for me (I should add) because I am a Wii owner only. I know I know, but I can't decide between the two yet. But I think eventually I'm going to get a PS3, none of my friends have one.(I don't have a lot of gamer friends) If they have anything it's the xbox360. So I guess I'll have to be the friend with the PS3. So yeah that's why my life is so boring. Sadly I'm not the kind of person to get excited over pikmin, animal crossing, or...gasp..Mario....eeek! I know. I'm a stupid RPG gamer for the most part with zelda shoved up there too. And sadly the wii is not delivering in many of those areas. I basically only play it for the VC rpg's. Why don't I have an Xbox? Looking at this now I see that I definitely chose the wrong console. lol. woops! but hey know one knew what it was going to be like in the beginning.

There are tons of reasons not to make a wii game. I could name 10 off the top of my head. However your logic is flawed. First of all, you cannot add the PS3 and 360 attach rates together withoutt dividing by 2. That is basic math. Attach rate is an average and you must therefore average the PS3 and 360 attach rates if you want to add them.

Next, the wii has a lower attach rate due to its large install base. Its actual software sales match and or surpass the 360 and embarass the PS3.

The idea that you can port easily to the Ps3/360 back and forth is fairly correct. The idea however is that tthe wii game is going to cost a fraction of the multiplat, have the same install base and cost significantly less. So, which one in theory is smarter based on what you said?

I like your spin (no its rather weak) but if you must do this argument atleast do it right.

Jeez, I come on this site everyday to see if anything new or exciting happened, and time and time again I am disappointed. Do we have nothing to talk about besides the usual "PS3 is better than Xbox because.." or the, "which game looks better in HD" If no one can find anything new and exciting to talk about then I guess I'll just stick to reality and live life without bothering to come here anymore, at least until there's talk of a new console. Anyone else agree with me?

Holy 10/10 batman! Nice setup dude! I like how organized and smart it looks, all very chic! This is not a game room for kids.

I think Nintendo doesn't have to pick and choose, they could release as many games as they want, they just choose to focus on their Wii this and Wii that instead, I wish they's make a new full blown Donkey Kong game, but it's most likely going to come out for DS if it ever does. I think all those games should be released sometime over the next 2 years.
