Also, it's kind of odd when a review is brimming with positives and sparse, seemingly inconsequential negatives, yet the game arbitrarily gets an 8.5. Gamespot had nothing but good things to say about the "overall experience" yet it was given an 8.5. I'm no fanboy hating the review for not being a 10, I'm just trying to understand their criteria.

@Steba93 Oh, it's the overall experience. Nice explanation. What I meant to say is I don't think their scores properly reflect the good against the bad, or what keeps the game from achieving a higher score.

@tightwad34 @padamkfire It's less bothering and more of a WTF kind of thing. Every review on this site seems to list the most random, sometimes trivial, things as negatives. It feels like nitpicking that shouldn't detract from score as a whole, but rather it should be a sidebar or something. Either way I'm getting this game and I tend to agree with gamespot's reviews.

I don't understand the review criteria. Did this game get a whole 1.5 points taken off for occasional dialogue hiccups and because one class solely focuses on gunplay?

I can understand the technical gripes with the dialogue issues, but taking points off for having a class that caters to those who like to stick to the guns seems a little ridiculous.
