The reasons don't like them is because they only think about making their pocket fatter and don't care how much inconvenient it's for us their customers.
They are always among the first to jump head on in anything they think will make them more money.
DLC, Microtransaction, Season pass, Online pass, DRM and so on.
I do understand as a compagny they need to make money but there's limit.
It's stupid to compare 2 games like that when we don't know what go behind the scene.
What if EA had paid gamespot a lot of money to get a 9 and Activision didn't ?
Destiny was already hyped enough that it didn't need to pay for review to boost popularity of Destiny, maybe all they did is ask gamespot to delay the review.
Diablo 3 have a good way to handle loot though at least on consoles, i don't know about PC since i never played on PC.
Each times you pick an items, it show a comparision to your current equipment on the side of the screen.
Up green arrow mean it's better and down red arrow mean it's worse.
If the equipment you got is better and you want to equip it, you don't even have to go in your inventory, you just need to press down on the controller and the equipment will be equipped.
