I could live with not getting in to the game randomly ... but losing hours of progress is HORRID. At metacritic the users are giving it 1.9, I am inclined to agree. I've filed a dispute with my CC company in an attempt to get my money back, they probably won't side with me though...

And change the name to simtown, it is a better discription of the game.
