GODHAND was Fist of the Northstar, well what I mean is it used so many elements that you can tell FOTNS was it's inspiration.

ok let me re-phrase lamshmee (thanks for the response btw :) - this is the best Fist of the Northstar game that "I" have ever played (My badfor making a general statement). The Dynasty Warriors engine for me worked extremely well as it combined fighting multiple targets (which was done alot in the series) as well as it could work 1on1 fighter (with the online co-op this can be a possibility).

Not to mention I got tiedof playing Dynasty Warriors for years now :(All would have toadmit that the US has never had a FOTNS release that did it justice.LAST BATTLE (for the Sega Genesis) was a good game, difficulty was kickass where you had 1 life to complete the whole game (I loved that). The problem was that you knew it was FOTNS but the licensing made it so they couldn't call it that and all characters had to be re-named and
re-colored. I've played way too many FOTNS fighting games the past20years (most I still own) and non of them had enough memorable story content moments that made them re-playable. The Ark-system is still fun but it wouldn't allow you to enjoy the world of Fist of the Northstar like Ken's Rage does. In Ken's Rage you look around in game at the world
your in in a free-roaming environment; in the long run that has to meanmore than just going left and right jumping around block high block lowfighting just the main villain; Ken's Rage provides the journey ittakes to get to that main Villain. And it's not cheesy the way they didit, All of the content is from the manga and not the anime series; thatshould be a triple score in anyone book. My only issue was spellingSouther as Thouzer but on a pronunciation level I can understand whythey did that, they wanted to make sure your pronouncing his name dam
correct lol.

That's why for me Ken's Rage was the best FOTNS
game I have ever played and I was hoping so much for a KR2 and that theywould continue on to the FOTNS2 story content. The online co-op will bea great guilty pleasure that I doubt no true FOTNS fan will deny. :)

stop it guys with the criticism, KOEI has one style (the Dynasty warriors style), I've played the first game and it was the BEST Fist of the Northstar game PERIOD!!!. For you kids that aren't familiar with this cult classic anime I can understand why you would say "Another Dynasty Warriors game". It's not Dynasty Warriors, Hell I love KOEI's Legends of Troy. The old DW element still works well for certain game story lines. Ken's RAGE 1 was a great game, I've loved those character's for 20 years and no anime fighting genre hold's a candle to these guys :) Looking forward to KR2
