@Skhuff @Guy_Brohski Hear hear! There is NOTHING original there..... just another overblown AAA shooter full of AWESOME that panders to the lowest common denominator: e.g. guns, noise and robots for insecure 14 year old boys.

I despair if this is the best that the next gen can do. At least the indie scene is still thriving and I can enjoy the likes of Thomas Was Alone, Fez, Knytt Underground and Limbo.

What I really want to see in the way of originality is The Last Guardian... SONY, WHERE'S MY GIANT DOG/BIRD CREATURE TO PLAY WITH?????

I really hope PSN+ gives this away with their subscription at some point so I can 'experience' it for myself. There is no way I'm parting with money for this turkey, but it does look it would be good for a laugh to see how broken it really gets. It really looks so hilariously bad that I think the developer created it that way intentionally.

This game will be a PSV launch release in 2019. By which time the replicants will have been let loose in Los Angeles and we'll all be plugged into the Matrix. Or something.

@Deadly_Nemesis That's what they do with reboots... witness the endless 're-imagining' of cash-in movie franchises such as James Bond, Spider Man, Superman, Batman... they seem to be coming round faster and faster, with younger and prettier and musclier and blander actors in the lead... (okay, maybe Christian 'Rant-a-thon' Bale doesn't quite fit into that generalisation)

A cronky old whirry SATA2 hard drive? In this day and age? Get with the program Microsoft! I'd accept nothing less than a SATA3 SSD as standard... Even just a 128gb running at the full 6gbps drive would suffice - I want fast system response and quick load speeds of installed games. Until then, you can keep your slow, restrictive, locked-down 'next-gen' cash-cow.

@berethor099 it's pretty much the same spec as gaming PCs were 2-3 years ago.

Okay, I guess I've got over the graphics disappointment, and some tweaking has helped - I had SSAO turned off because I didn't like the dark halo effect it gave to NPCs etc, but it really improves everything else.... Anyway, this game really is excellent stuff. Even though I'm avoiding the optional cookie-cutter stuff like Rakyat Trials and Board Quests, there is still plenty to do and see beyond the main story, and liberating camps and climbing radio towers is very satisfying. So glad I kept this - I nearly gave it away!
