@bladelor Definitely, the absence of a voice for the main character put me off straight away and was by far the biggest negative for me with Crysis 2. I did enjoy the game but "weak" ending IMO and no real character due to no voice made the whole game just a kill fest for me. @xerxesthegreat What..are..you..talking..about?! Apart from the fact that PCs made gaming what it is now, apart from the fact that graphics and sound has always been better on PCs, and apart from the fact that especially in first person shooters the PC has a massive advantage....PCs are still way cooler :D You can even put on the music you want! Or alt-tab and look at a walkthrough video! Or connect 9x20'' monitors together :D And if it's just the controller thing again, PCs can use controllers too (and we also pay a bit less for our games)

All your examples, both the positive and the negative, are simply perfect. I couldn't agree more with this article. Music (and sound effects!) make or break a game. In a way, music is far more important than graphics to some people, as they connect and feel better by listening than they do by looking. I don't know a single game that has become part of the hall of fame that did not have an amazing soundtrack (and sound effects!)

"it is baffling that the PC version of the game isn't the clear-cut leader when it comes to graphics" I couldn't disagree more. It is more than obvious that PC graphics are far better in these images. I honestly don't see how you can say that. On top of that, I don't see why you deliberately left the PC images slightly darker. Brightness and Gamma can be increased so easily on the PC and yet you chose to leave it at default. Being able to change the settings is the biggest advantage the PC has, let alone the better GFX cards. Add the fact that PC monitors (the good ones) are generally better than TV sets in latency and colour gamout, and there is one more advantage there (although a lot smaller, as the choice of monitor applies on all platforms).
