Hey, I remember you. It feels weird at how dead things are here now, doesn't it?

I suppose, but it's not surprising really. People grow out of both games and posting, and to top it off, Gamespot really messed up with this new design - it's horrid. They took out (or severely reduced the emphasis on) all the features that kept people here.

SHOULD NOT

GameSpot Daily Updates

Delivery-date: Basically every day around lunch, ET

No sweepstakes

This is getting ridiculous.

Still getting them. No admin response in two months? Get it together Gamespot - this is extremely unprofessional.

Same thing here - I keep unsubscribing and yet I'm still receiving these newsletters.

Well, it's not all that scientific, tbh. It's more or less your average political polling.

It was published in Psychological Science, so I was just thinking it would be interesting to hear a more detailed analysis without all the mainstream news outlet "fluff".

For most uses 8GB will be more than enough. The only reason I'd consider upgrading to 12GB would be if you plan on having the computer for a long enough time where 12GB might more effectively used.

I'm looking to build a decent laptop for school that's semi-portable but can also play most games on relatively high settings. Anyway, I have the option of either choosing the default i7-3610QM (2.3 GHz, 6MB L3 Cache) processor, or upgrading to an i7-3720QM (2.6 GHz, 6MB L3 Cache) for around $150 more. Most of what I've read says that I won't notice too much of a difference, but since I plan to do a fair amount of gaming, multitasking, and some graphic design, I wanted to see what everyone here had to say.
