I've changed the download regions a load of times. Any recommnedations for a good one? At the moment my download never gets beyond 0% on the update before restarting.

THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!

Can anyone else tell me why this is happening when I've paid £37 to play and have been denied the chance for the past 4 HOURS.

I'm in the UK.

Well, It's here; it's buggy; and some say it's a crap console port.

But I must be the only person who actually managed to NEVER play GTA IV before it came out, and so I am loving it. It is fun fun fun.

My question is, now that it's out, which mods can't you wait for some brainbox to come up with?

Top of my list are:

Aeroplanes.

Being able to fire the RPG from a vehicle.

The multiplayer on this game (when I managed to get it working - get the errors sorted out Rockstar!) is ASTOUNDING

Cops and crooks is so much fun, and with the voice chat facility (which I admittedly have not tried yet) there would seem to be good scope for genuine tactical play.

The free mode, which I played at one time with the whole city unlocked and 22 people on the server, is the most anarchic, chaotic fun I've ever experienced in any mulitplayer game by a mile.

Bravo Rockstar.

When does the Steam version unlock?

I thought it would be at midnight tonight, but it says 1 day and 3 hours.

Of Course. Been waitingsix months for it. Six months and TWO WEEKS.

 Avoided all console versions.

It'll be amazing. End of.
