All this whining and **** and flaming sickens me. But I understand it. For when Halo 3 comes out, and say it gets a 8.8, it will be my turn to moan and whine like a ****
I really don't see why so many people want to move to IGN. It's a cool site, but it seems like the go really easy on some games. However, I guess that could be interpreted as a counter to GS's over-critical reviews.
Does anyone here think the petition has any chance of changing the review? Even if you get something like 1000 signatures GS will probably shrug it off. Waste of time IMO.
I can't beleive that so many people are claiming to "move to IGN." It's a fairly good site, but they give probably around half of the games the review the equivellent of GS's "Editors Choice" award. It's all a matter of preference: would you rather be turned off of the game by reading a review that is lower than what you wnat, or a review that heaps tons of praise on the game and, once you play it, you realize it's not as good as the hype.
