omg. I can't believe some of the comments here. Its not about the indie games EA released but the fact that a huge conglomerate such as EA, trying to ruin the very meaning of 'Indie' by releasing such games under their banner.Indie games are meant to symbolically prove to the world that game developers do not just exist in such huge corporations, who try to monopolize and capitalize every sector they can sniff. It is meant to cultivate and exhibit talent through these user created games, some of which are bloody good. However, when an Indie game gets sponsored or links up with an MNC/gaming conglomerate, such as Mojang, they become part of the mainstream as Mojang themselves admitted.I'm quite sad to see how these monopolistic corporations try to capitalize every gaming sector they see, spreading their brand and label, and in this case, as if they somehow collaborated with the Indie game makers to establish a package on Steam. It's disgusting. Power to the users! And honestly, some Indie games are bringing these blockbuster games back to school. It's empowering just to observe this happening! Games are no longer a 'top-down' phenomenon ^_^
@jmaybury Oh okay I just saw the video. Guess I overlooked or missed the last vid having the monk. I take back my words, my bad totally!!! Thanks for pointing it out! :)
:( Apparently gamespot editors asked their members what they would like to watch for the next 'lunch with xxxxxxx'... I revisited the past video and realized that a significant number of people asked for hunters & monks. Hardly any Witchdoctors. Could this be a signal that, the gamespot editors do not listen to their fans? :( :(
