Hey guys, by the way, does anyone know if there are any plans for SONY to have PS2 games available for download anytime soon? They really should. It seems like a no-brainer. Plus, I want to play Final Fantasy X again. lol

You could also buy the online codes for the cards through amazon. I've never bought anything PSN related on amazon, but I did buy Live Points. The process is really smooth and you get your code instantly, which you can redeem as you would a normal card. Basically saves you a trip down to the store and encourages those midnight shopping sprees. They also offer a selection of games/add-ons, in case you don't want any leftover credit.

Oh wow, that's awesome! What a great feature! I might do that to save me a trip for sure and I can get it whenever I want. Sweet deal! Thanks!

Ok, I think I'm just going to do that. I'm not going to need super expensive ones anyway. I don't want to download any games on my PS depending what they are, so I can save space. I'll just be primarily using them for PS1 classics I want, and DLC for games I have. Other than this problem, so far so good with my PS3. :)

Happened to me a while back, very frustrating. Weird thing is, I never had an issue with my billing information when I purchased stuff from the PSN before. So I started getting the error, decided to try and change the billing information, and I couldn't get it right again. So here's some advice, whenever you get it to work don't change anything, if it starts giving you trouble again just leave it. My problem persisted for about a month and eventually it fixed itself.

Edit: Try removing PO and write just BOX. Also, you might want to read this.

Ok I tried a whole bunch of stuff, what was said on here and some others and I ran out of chances, so I have to try again tomorrow. This is ridiculous. This has been a problem for years now, and they've done absolutely nothing. It should not be this hard. In reading that article, maybe my card doesn't support AVS. That's really the only thing I can think of because I think I've entered my address in any conceivable way possible. I have to go to Wal-Mart tomorrow anyway, I'm just thinking that maybe I can buy those PS Network Cards and buy stuff with those because going through this every day is maddening. Are they easy to use? Do I have to spend the available credits on there at once?

Yeah, I don't live in an apartment. I live at home. We have a separate physical address, and our post office box where our mail comes. I will try the lowercase, though. Both my house and postal zip code are the same. I also tried putting PO BOX on one line, and the number on the second line, but that didn't work. Then I tried putting PO on line 1, Box on line 2, and the number on line three, and it didn't work. SONY really needs to fix this because a lot of other people seem to have had the same problem after I did some Googling just now. Ugh. This is not how I wanted to get reintroduced to console gaming after 10+ years. lol

Hey, I am a new PS3 user. I just bought my system a few days ago, and am enjoying it very much. When I went to my account management to add funds to my wallet for the first time, it keeps giving me errors that my credit card information is incorrect. I double checked and triple checked the number and everything and it is correct. My name on my card is all in CAPS, so I even tried that, but that didn't work.

Although I think I did finally get it right (though I still can't tell), but I think the main problem is that it's not recognizing my billing address. When I first signed up for a PSN account, I used my physical address and not my mailing address (which is a PO BOX). In retrospect that might have been a stupid mistake on my part because I think I might have confused it.

When I went into my account management, I put it in my PO BOX as the address. I tried entering it with just the PO BOX number, and with PO BOX, and that didn't work. I got out a statement from my bank, to see how my address was on there. I entered it in verbatim (it was also all in CAPS), to no avail. I live in New York, and on my statement it is abbreviated as 'NY', but on the PS3 settings, every state is written out and not abbreviated. I don't know if that's making a difference or not.

Needless to say I am frustrated. I have tried close to 20 times, doing everything I can possibly think of. I have thought about just opening a new account and see what happens, but I want to try anything you guys might have that I could be missing. This whole thing seems to be really finicky. I have everything entered, it just seems like it's choosing to read it differently.

Thanks.

So true! My VT30 has much better colour accuracy compared to my previous Sony KDL W4500. Watching planet earth on it for the first time was incredible :D Never seen a TV picture this good before.

And the brightness is perfectly fine.

I was looking at some ST30's before. Would you recommend those? I found the 59 inch PND8000, but the Panasonic is cheaper. Arghh....lol What to do, what to do!!

The 59" PND8000 is Samsung's flagship top model plasma. and competes with the 55" Panasonic VT30.

Yeah, I think I have it down to these two TV's. I'm just thinking if I want a 60 or a 55 inch. I got really spoiled with the 65 inch DLP I had before that I didn't have to pay a dime to get. LOL The 65' VT30 is way to expensive. The 55' one isn't bad. But, they have a 60' inch ST30 that's only $200 more. I mean, is there a huge difference between those models (VT30 and ST0) in picture quality and stuff? I just have a pretty big wall space that needs to get filled.

[QUOTE="Mozelleple112"][QUOTE="matt091282"]One negative I've been reading about plasmas is that the colors and brightness aren't as good as LCD. I kind of find that hard to believe anyway. Can't you always just increase the brightness anyway? lolBen-Buja

The Samsung PND8000 PLASMA has the most accurate colours that CNET has ever tested. The VT20 PLASMA had the most accurate colours of any 2010 TV. The Kuro PLASMAs have been reference panels for colour accuracy. Where on EARTH did you read this BLASPHEMY that LCD had better colours? If you look at top 10 TVs for colour accuracy half of them are PLASMAS... the otSoher half would be CRT ;)

Wow, that Samsung looks sweet! In the review, it mentions that it also comes in 59 inches. I'll have to look around further and see if I can find that size.
