But what we are talking about isn't anyone's right. I know how games have worked traditionally but the requirements/stipulations for playing the game were given to the public far in advance of launch. What people tend to forget is that when you purchase a game you do not own the game, you own a license for the same. Every software license has stipulations. I agree these stipulations sucks but by agreeing to them you are not giving away rights you don't have. You do have the right to not buy the game however. Blizzard let everyone know how the game would work so people who think this is a deal breaker or do not have internet access would know before they buy. It is like going to Taco Bell and bitching cause they don't serve burgers.

@liam82517 You are calling someone a child when you are whining about a video game, making a retarded abused spouse metaphor and restore to CHILDISH name calling. You clearly have shown everyone how moronic you truly are. Customers rights? You have no rights when it comes to how the company wants to make and sell their game. It perfectly fine if you don't want to buy it, but honestly no one cares if you do so you original post was pointless. Secondly I was correcting some factually inaccurate statements you made. I want to play the game. I am an adult and can mentally deal with the server being down a bit. You can preach all you want but when it comes do to it you do not have the right to play this game without the internet because that's the way Blizzard wants it so no one is giving up any "customer rights".

@liam82517 It not single player game for one. Any most of the server issues were resolved in week one.
