I just put my name in the bottom right of every picture. I have thought about it, but I feel large watermarks take away from the image. And yep, Nikon rocks. TRADER!! JK i thought of changing just because of the amount of lens available with Nikon. But Sony has some a nice 7d replacement coming out soon.
