Been using this site since 2006 and will continue to do so, however I'm not a fan of the new layout.. I'm mostly using an iPad to come here most of the time and I'm having trouble getting the featured videos to run. I have to refresh the screen a few times to get the things to play. I'm also having to look harder to find the relevant news and features I usually read. Not really that much of an issue, suppose I'll get used to it eventually. Can't comment on the forum side of it because I rarely use it..

Hold down select until the quick menu comes up, scroll down to 'chat' and set it to mute or crew or freinds only. The annoying kid voices will magically vanish.. 

Any free content Sony dish out is a bonus. People complaining about the content shouldn't forget that they are doing this as a goodwill gesture, they don't have to give away anything. They probably reserve the right to suspend the PS network for any reason they want, and it's probably written down somewhere amongst the terms of service we all skip through and accept when we update our consoles..

I'll never get the fanaticism that gets attachedto people reviving old threads on forums! Fair enough if the subject bears no relevance to anything, er, relevant, but a thread like this can be used to gauge the evolution of a console, and how it is progressing.

I'm sorry, but if you enter someone's premises uninvited with the intent to steal, you leave all your human rights at the door. End of story.

I wouldn't bother. You can put a PSN ID on another system, before I got mine, I had an account on my brothers PS3. When I got mine, I just deleted my details off his, and put them onto mine.

Why someone you've just met on the PSN would ask you to create an account is a mystery...
