After hearing so much about how good Dragon Age: Origins is, I decided to pick it up. I've been playing for about 2 to 3 hours so far, and I just can't get into it. I started out as a Forest Elf (sorry, I can't remember the proper name), and it just seems a bit... boring. It's much more linear than I expected, and the combat is confusing and just not that fun at the minute. I'm not sure what I was expecting, maybe something a bit like Oblivion... I'm not sure. I'm not a big fan of character builds or anything like that (which is obviously very in-depth with this game), and the storyline isn't particulary interesting so far, I prefer exploring big open areas. I just want to know if it gets better. Maybe I chose the wrong person to start out as? I don't know...

They certainly help on the dirt side of things, controllers get dirty really quickly. But personally, I don't like them, they make it feel too fat, and some of them lave this sort of dust on your hand...
Purple, great colour. It's funny you say this actually, because currently, I have exactly one person on my friends list (including myself) with each colour, I even deleted a guy so there weren't two yellows.
I can't decide between Star Trek, District 9 and Avatar... I would have to say Avatar.
Not really, it seems like you are quite content. You shouldn't avoid it though, if your friends want to introduce you to their friends, or if they invite you to a party, then do it; there's being content and there's being antisocial. Don't become a hermit.
Hurrrm... I would have to say...
Muse
Rise Against
Linkin Park
Slipknot
Breaking Benjamin
Green Day
Lostprophets
System of a Down
30 Seconds to Mars
Three Days Grace
I recently picked up NSMB Wii, and I'm really liking it so far, but I'm finding it quite difficult. I've just unlocked world 3, but already the game's stressing me out. I have NSMB for the DS, and it's fine, I completed it 100% no problems. But on this version, it takes me a while to complete just one level, and I usually miss quite a few star coins. As I said, I really like the game, but I wasn't expecting it to be this challenging.
That really does look like a quite adult game... Interactive sex scenes anyone?
And when I say that, I'm referring to DLC. Seriously, I've never known a game to have such a good and constant supply of DLC. There's something new at least once a fortnight, and it's pretty much always of good quality. The new Pirates of the Carribean kit is awesome, I can't believe they're still adding major things in like water over a year after release. It would be great if more games were like this, and well done Media Molecule.
I would have to say Brutal Legend. I wasn't expecting much, it looked a bit cartoony and cheap, and I thought the whole metal theme would be done really badly, but I was pleasantly surprised. The game is really good quality, has a great storyline and characters, and it's really funny. It's also a great tribute to metal music, better than I thought it would be. \m/
